light snacks @ (Soup Spoon, any major food court), Sliced Fish Soup/Bee Hoon @ (food court), Fried Tou Fu, Sashimi &amp;amp; 1 or 2 Sushi @ (Sakae) or Yong Tou Fu Soup/Bee Hoon @ (food court). Etc&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now I start to have meals outside, however I will choose the low glycemic type of food to consume. Slimming down is a short term goal, but to maintaining it is forever. Everytime when I preparing my Vanilla shake, I will experienced the lumpy effect when mixing it. I realised it is the blade inside the old shaker that created the lumpy effect.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recently I had changed to a new shaker bottle, I was surprised that the lumpy effect when I preparing my Vanilla shake. Please use the indicator on the shaker as your gauge. (For me, normally I will use 400ml of water, becos I like it less thick and it dissolve better)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) Pour out half of the water in the shaker into the cup. (No need to be very accurate. Just agar agar can liao)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) Pour in the Nutrimeal into the shaker and pour back the water from the cup back to the shaker and cover the lib back to the shaker.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) This is the moment your waiting for, shake the shaker for 45 sec to a min. A food is always measured relative to the effect of pure sugar. High glycemic index foods can raise blood glucose levels very quickly, as well as insulin levels. In contrast, low glycemic index foods do not significantly raise blood glucose levels and insulin levels after eating. Family!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From tomorrow, 12th November, 2007, USANA Singapore will operate from our new premises on the 19th floor of Ngee Ann City Tower B.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;USANA Singapore have shown strong growth since we started our operations in November 2003. As we move into our fourth year of business, we are confident that our business will soar to new heights as our leaders’ network have now expanded beyond our shores. USANA’s brand name is also making its mark in this tiny little island of Singapore. As we continue to support you in your network, we aim to continue our growth, and become the preferred nutritional company in Singapore.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our investment in this new premises will provide all our Distributors and Preferred Customers with better facilities and for us at USANA, to provide you an even better level of service.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, not all our facilities will be ready when we start our operations on 12 November. Customer Service and Collection Centre will be ready at your service, as well as distributor discussion areas for you to meet your prospects or your team members.
